David provided exemplary counsel and service throughout the process! Based on his solid market intel and experience, we decided to remodel our lower level, update our master bath, and complete other updating as well. David provided excellent contractor referrals, which was very helpful! First day on the market, we had eight showings, and two offers for our full asking price!
